Acceptable Use Policy

Image to Image Generator is a creative tool for editing and restyling images. This policy explains what you may not upload or create. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user, free or paid.

Prohibited content

You must not upload images, write prompts or generate images that contain or are intended to produce:

• Sexual or adult content of any kind, including nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive or erotic images, and "undressing" or clothing-removal edits. This applies even to fictional or AI-generated people.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual, suggestive, abusive or exploitative context.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: face swaps, putting a real person into a scene or situation that did not happen, or images meant to deceive people about who someone is or what they did.
• Images of real people without their permission that harass, humiliate, sexualize or defame them.
• Violence and gore: graphic violence, self-harm, torture, or content that glorifies or encourages harm.
• Hate and harassment: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
• Illegal activity: weapons or drug manufacturing, terrorism or extremist propaganda, or anything that breaks the law where you or the people shown live.
• Fraud and misinformation: fake documents, IDs, receipts or screenshots, and images designed to mislead people about real events, elections, public health or emergencies.
• Intellectual property infringement: images you have no right to use, or edits that copy someone else's trademark, logo or protected work in a way that infringes their rights.

Prohibited use of the Service

• Trying to get around our safety filters, for example by rewording blocked requests.
• Creating multiple accounts or using automation to collect free credits.
• Scraping, overloading, reverse engineering or reselling the Service without our written permission.
• Sharing your account with others or using someone else's account.

How we enforce this policy

Every text prompt is automatically screened before an image is generated, and requests that may break this policy are refused. Refused requests do not use credits. We may also review content that is reported to us.

If you break this policy we may remove content, refuse requests, or suspend or close your account without a refund. We report child sexual abuse material and credible threats to the relevant authorities.

To report content or abuse, email support@imagetoimagegenerator.com with a description and a link or screenshot if you have one. If you believe a request was refused by mistake, you can contact us too.
