Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Image to Image Generator. You can try the Service for free before buying, so you can check the quality of the results first.

First purchase

If you are not satisfied with your first subscription payment, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase, as long as you have used fewer than 20 credits in that period.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refundable, because credits become available immediately. If you forgot to cancel and have not used any credits since the renewal, contact us within 7 days and we will refund it.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from My account → Manage or cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and credits stay available until the end of the current billing period.

How to request a refund

Email support@imagetoimagegenerator.com from the email address on your account and include your order number if you have it. Approved refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Creem, to your original payment method. Credits from refunded payments are removed from your account.

Technical problems

Failed generations are not charged — credits are returned automatically. If you were charged and could not use the Service because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
