Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Image to Image Generator at imagetoimagegenerator.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service lets you upload images and generate new images with artificial intelligence. AI output can be unpredictable and may contain errors or artifacts; it is provided as-is.

The Service is an independent product built on third-party AI models. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any AI model provider.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.

Credits and subscriptions

• Generating an image uses credits: 1 credit for a standard image, 2 credits for an HD image.
• Free credits are limited and may change at any time. Free images are watermarked and for personal use.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until canceled. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Yearly plans receive 12 months of credits up front.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Creem handles payments, invoices, taxes and billing-related customer service. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in the images you upload. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the Service. You must have the necessary rights to every image you upload.

Images generated on a paid plan may be used for personal and commercial purposes. Images generated with free credits may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use generated images.

Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you must not use the Service to create or upload content that:

• is sexual, nude, pornographic or otherwise adult (NSFW) content of any kind;
• involves minors in any sexual, suggestive, abusive or exploitative way;
• impersonates, harasses, defames or deceives others, including face swaps and deepfakes;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• promotes violence, self-harm, hate or illegal activity, or is designed for fraud or misinformation.

Prompts are screened automatically and requests that may break these rules are refused. You also must not try to get around these filters, abuse free credits (for example with multiple accounts), scrape or overload the Service, or try to bypass its limits. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms or the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
