This policy explains what information Image to Image Generator ("we", "us"), available at imagetoimagegenerator.com, collects when you use the service, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.
• Images and prompts. The photos you upload, the text instructions you enter and the images we generate for you.
• Billing information. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Creem. We receive your subscription status, plan and a customer reference, but never your full card details.
• Technical data. A pseudonymous device identifier stored in a cookie, a one-way hash of your IP address, and basic request logs. We use these to provide free usage limits and to prevent abuse.

How we use your information

• To create the images you request and show them in your account.
• To manage your credits, subscription and customer support requests.
• To prevent fraud, abuse of free credits and automated traffic.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your photos for advertising.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service:

• Cloudflare — hosting, storage, security and bot protection (Turnstile).
• AI model providers — your uploaded image and prompt are sent to them only to generate your result.
• Google — sign-in.
• Creem — payments, invoicing, taxes and subscription management.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a short-lived cookie that secures the Google sign-in flow, and a device cookie used for free usage limits. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data retention

Photos you upload are sent to our AI provider to create your image and are not stored by us. Generated images are deleted automatically 7 days after they are created if you were not signed in, 30 days after if they were made with free credits, and 180 days after if they were made on a paid plan. Download the images you want to keep. A record of each generation (prompt, settings and credits used, without the image) is kept for billing, abuse prevention and support. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and images at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at support@imagetoimagegenerator.com.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
